Last week we had a couple of strange, rainbow-like rings around the sun and in the sky. What do they mean? Are they merely a thing of beauty? Or is there something more sinister behind them as some proclaim? I just figure it's rainy season and when the sun shows its face we're lucky enough to get rainbows...
