What an awesome place! All of it! Just like a warm, compact mellow NZ where everyone digs BJ Penn not Stacy Jones and American Football not Rugby. (just happened that my being there coincided with "SuperBowl Sunday")

Gateway to the North Shore, the 80 year-old landmark bridge in Haleiwa which crosses Anahulu Stream.
Sunset Beach
Pipeline, small but still heavy looking and a rush for those finding barrels out there amongst the closeouts.
Hawaiian style plate lunch from the Korean joint across the road from where I stayed in Waikiki washed down with a Steinlager. I had the Calbi beef and Aiko had the Pork cutlet. there was enough for breakfast, too :)
